G	Gino Leonardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale disponibile e gentile, nonché celere. La gestione è sicuramente migliorata rispetto a prima in quanto si fa più attenzione alle esigenze della clientela. L'ufficio è anche più pulito ed organizzato. Staff helpful and polite, as well as expeditious. The management has certainly improved compared to before as more attention is paid to customer needs. The office is also cleaner and more organized.

Così evitate che la gente esca di casa inutilmente e metta a rischio la propria salute e quella degli altri inutilmente, per non dire che rischia pure una sanzione! Grazie Because times out of date? r	reystine glowteyn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impiegati ignoranti!!!!!!!!! Ho inviato una raccomandata normale, l'ho fatta arrivare all'ufficio postale in Vittoria in Via Matteotti (RG). Ho seguito la spedizione con il codice della ricevuta e mi risultava arrivata già in sede dopo 3 giorni. Mia sorella va alla posta a ritirarla e una impiegata gli dice che la raccomandata è arrivata da un giorno però non poteva ritirarla perché doveva aspettare altri due giorni. (Cose inspiegabile!!!) Chiamo il call center e chiedo spiegazioni in merito a questa raccomandata e perché doveva essere ritirata dopo due giorni se risultava in giacenza da un giorno. LORO RIMANGONO SBALORDITI tant'è che mi confermato il fatto che poteva essere ritirata subito perché è una raccomandata normale!!!! Mi chiedo ma a chi fate lavorare lì dentro visto che non sono capaci nemmeno di capire una raccomandata che risulta in giacenza CHE deve E PUO essere ritirata SUBITO!!!! ASSURDO!! Ignorant employees !!!!!!!!! I sent a regular letter, I had it sent to the post office in Vittoria in Via Matteotti (RG). I call the call center and ask for explanations about this letter and why it had to be withdrawn after two days if it was in storage for a day. THEY REMAIN AWESOME so much so that I confirmed the fact that it could be withdrawn immediately because it is a regular registered !! I wonder, but who do you work there as they are not even able to understand a registered letter that is in stock WHICH MUST AND CAN BE withdrawn NOW !!!! ABSURD!!
G	Gabriele Cassisi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho un conto impresa, dal 12 settembre a causa dell'autenticazione a due fattori ci sono stati un sacco di problemi. Non potendo fare operazioni online chiedo di avere assistenza con un addetto e mi viene detto di venire sabato, dicendomi pure che non ci fosse bisogno di prendere appuntamento. Sabato mattina vado in posta e l'addetta che doveva risolvermi la situazione con tono molto sgarbato nonostante ancora avessi solo chiesto se fosse lei la persona a cui dovevo rivolgermi mi dice che senza appuntamento non se ne fa nulla e che il primo appuntamento disponibile fosse dopo il 30 settembre ovvero quasi due settimane, tempo sprecato inutilmente, nessun problema risolto e ovviamente se devo fare qualche operazione avendo l'online bloccato devo farla allo sportello con lunghe attese e commissioni da pagare (come se non pagassi abbastanza mensilmente per la tenuta del conto). Ovviamente lunedì provvedo ad aprire altro conto su banca vera, se mi permettessi di trattare così un cliente nel mio negozio chiuderei in un mese. Sono andata solamente per tracciare dei pacchi e mi è stato detto che la compagnia di spedizione non erano loro, al mio insistere hanno buttato il mio cellulare da sotto il plex dicendomi “arrivederci”. Fortunatamente gli uffici non sono tutti uguali e la posta vittoria 2 ha saputo dirmi ciò che volevo e magicamente chi consegna? Poste italiane. Quindi non solo maleducati ma anche esageratamente ignoranti. I give a star because you can't do less! Rudeness is the only thing that reigns in this office. Prendo appuntamento on line con un consulente, ricevo la mail di conferma dopo qualche ora con orario e luogo precisi, segno credevo che la richiesta fosse stata ben studiata ed approvata. Arrivo all'appuntamento puntuale ma non riesco ad entrare, un dipendente dell'ufficio con fare sgarbato tiene bloccata la porta dall'interno col piede: "Siamo chiusi! ". Sempre con fastidio mi fa cenno al cartello che dice lavori in corso per 10 giorni. Rimango allibito: "Ma io ho un appuntamento "... indifferenza totale. Quando riesco a catturare di nuovo la sua attenzione mi consiglia di telefonare al consulente. Chiamo il numero mostrato sull'app che risulta inesistente. Che dire... Sono titolare di un conto alle Poste da più di 20 anni. Sarà il caso di provare un'altra banca. Technology does not cure incompetence.
