I go in to make a postepay after 1 hour and 15 minutes in a row, when I get to the counter they tell me to come back tomorrow due to the incompetence of others I only lost time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima. Ho atteso dalle 11:30 fino alle 12:30 per spedire un pacco per poi sentirmi dire che il pacco non poteva essere spedito poiché la scatola conteneva loghi pubblicitari. Ormai sono talmente concentrati a vendere assicurazioni, schede telefoniche e ricariche che hanno perso anche la voglia di lavorare.
Bad experience. I waited from 11:30 until 12:30 to send a package and was then told that the package could not be shipped as the box contained advertising logos. By now they are so focused on selling insurance, phone cards and top-ups that they have also lost the desire to work.
