Di solito non c’è molta confusione, difficilmente si resta “imbottigliati” per ore.
Positioned in a position much more comfortable than the central office of Comiso, staff always available and competent.
Usually there is not much confusion, it is difficult to remain "bottled" for hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un servizio a dir poco ridicolo, di 4 sportelli solo 2 funzionanti con un impiegato che si alzava dopo ogni operazione e si gestiva le proprie faccende nonostante avesse 20 persone in fila ad aspettare di essere servite. Inutile dire che per pagare un semplice bollettino postale, che purtroppo non potevo pagare al tabacchino, ho impiegato quasi 3 ore, avendo solo una decina di persone che mi precedeva. Dipendenti annoiati e scortesi
A service to say the least ridiculous, of 4 doors only 2 working with an employee who got up after each operation and managed their own business despite having 20 people waiting in line to be served. Needless to say, to pay for a simple postal slip, which unfortunately I could not pay at the tobacco shop, I spent almost 3 hours, having only a dozen people ahead of me. Bored and rude employees
