R	Riccardo Pagano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale incompetente, chiedi di fare 2 transazioni ( una per pagare una bolletta e una per prelevare al fine di recuperare qualcosa con il super cashback) e l addetta dice sì e poi fa un prelievo della intera somma. Si è scusata dicendo che non conosce il cashback perché non lo ha fatto. Non fatevi fregate anche voi. Siate più furbi di me. Incompetent staff, you ask to make 2 transactions (one to pay a bill and one to withdraw in order to recover something with the super cashback) and the employee says yes and then makes a withdrawal of the entire sum. She apologized saying she doesn't know cashback because she didn't. Don't get fooled too. Be smarter than me.

Tutto sommato discreto, 3 stelle I usually stop after school at 13.05 and it is always crowded and I rarely succeed in my intentions and I have to return in the morning around 8. All in all decent, 3 stars

Almeno 30 minuti di attesa all'esterno per poter accedere con file di almeno 10 utenti. Non ha senso un "servizio" del genere. Office or undersized compared to the real needs of users or staff not up to par. At least 30 minutes of waiting outside to be able to access with files of at least 10 users. There is no sense in such a "service".
S	Simone Vitali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entro per ritirare un pacco (colpa mia non ho la carta d’identità) mostro tutti i documenti possibili ed immaginabili che dimostrano che sono io ma niente da fare (compreso il mio furgone parcheggiato fuori dall’ufficio postale con i miei dati scritti a caratteri cubitali). Lasciamo perdere la maleducazione delle risposte, comunque ritorna mia mamma con i miei documenti e ancora il pacco non glielo danno comunque (la signora davanti a lei ha fatto la stessa cosa ma conosceva la dipendente e a lei il pacco lo hanno dato). Per fortuna che la signora mi aveva risposto che facendo così rischiava il posto di lavoro, non sia mai perdere il posto fisso dello stato! I go in to collect a package (my fault I don't have an identity card) I show all the possible and imaginable documents that show that it is me but nothing to do (including my van parked outside the post office with my data written in characters cubital). Let's forget the rudeness of the answers, however my mom comes back with my documents and still they don't give the package to her anyway (the lady in front of her did the same thing but she knew the employee and they gave her the package). Fortunately, the lady replied that doing so risked your job, never lose your permanent job in the state!

Di recente trovo molto più comodo rivolgermi agli sportelli di Poste Italiane che alla mia banca perché le commissioni per i versamenti sono meno onerose. Per quanto riguarda i pagamenti di TARI ed altri tributi comunali non sono previste affatto commissioni. Non lo sapevo e spero sia utile questa mia segnalazione. Spesso l'ufficio è affollato di mattina e riterrei comodo fosse prevista qualche ora di apertura pomeridiana, anche perché il paese non è piccolo, se si considerano pure le sue frazioni. The office is centrally located. Recently I have found it much more convenient to contact the Poste Italiane branches than to my bank because the fees for payments are less expensive. As regards the payments of TARI and other municipal taxes, there are no commissions at all. I did not know and I hope this report will be useful. Often the office is crowded in the morning and I would think it would be convenient if a few hours of afternoon opening were planned, also because the town is not small, if we consider its surroundings as well.
