Se non si ha la possibilità di prenotare un appuntamento in ufficio le attese sono enormi. Spero si faccia qualcosa al più presto per migliorare il servizio. M	Mario on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarebbe molto carino che gli orari estivi ridotti venissero segnalati anche online su Google e sul sito di Poste.it in quanto, l'ultima volta che ho controllato, non è più il 1800 che bastava appendere un foglio A4 sulla porta d'entrata. Posso capire che la Lega giudichi il Sud retrogrado ma non è necessario che gli abitanti facciano di tutto per farsi vedere come tali dal resto della penisola. Siamo nel 2019, basta uno smartphone per segnalare la variazione degli orari. Ah ma qua si usa ancora il Nokia 3310. R	Ram Sete on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agenzia che, a regime pieno, solitamente la mattina, lavora al pubblico con max 3 sportelli ( che per motivi diversi diventano 2 ) incluso quello per spedizioni e ricezioni , oltre lo sportello consulenze ; rischioso arrivare a meno di 3 quarti d'ora dalla chiusura serale perché, anche se si arriva in tempo per prendere il numeretto per la fila all'interno, gli impiegati chiudono le operazioni quando arriva l'orario di chiusura, lasciando fuori chi ha già aspettato perché ha preso il numero, e nessun avviso informa di questo se non la voce dell'addetto allo sportello quando vede che, a 15 minuti dalla chiusura , la fila dei presenti non può essere completamente smaltita entro l'orario di chiusura. E le scene più incredibili si vedono i giorni in cui c'è affluenza massima. Davvero inspiegabile come una società quotata anche in Borsa e a partecipazione statale non abbia personale sufficiente o crei questi enormi disagi al cittadino! Bad.
