Ho notato una fila unica di gente in attesa di accedere per poi prendere il numero una volta all'interno. Occorrerebbe posizionare il totem dei numeri all'esterno non dentro. I numeri dovrebbero essere chiamati tramite altoparlante udibile dall'esterno. Oggi sono dovuto rimanere affacciato alla vetrata (da fuori l'ufficio Pt naturalmente) in attesa che il mio numero della prenotazione on line venisse visualizzata sul monitor all'interno e poi chiedere permesso e farmi spazio tra la gente già in fila per entrare (che non ha neanche il numero di prenotazione in mano). In questo periodo accogliere migliorare l'attesa della gente. Destinazione Livigno, l'ufficio di valmadrera lo ha tenuto più di 4 giorni in fermo deposito facendo sforare la data ultima per la consegna. Parcel departed from Sicily with express service. Dato che ho provato a chiamare mentre ero all'interno della posta e non squillava nessun telefono. In itself the staff is nice, for once there are nice people in the post office!
