★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo ufficio postale!! Sono stato martedì per chiedere un informazione e la cassiera , 1°, non portava nemmeno la mascherina sul volto, 2°, di una maleducazione assurda! Va bene che siamo in una situazione pessima ma l arroganza e la maleducazione se la può tenere a casa! Senza contare un ufficio postale sporco e mal tenuto!
Bad post office !! I was on Tuesday to ask for information and the cashier, 1st, did not even wear a mask on her face, 2nd, an absurd rudeness! Okay we're in a bad situation but arrogance and rudeness can be kept at home! Not to mention a dirty and poorly maintained post office!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unprofessional and rude. I understand my Italian isn’t the best but I make the effort to communicate. The staff makes it very clear from the very beginning that they don’t like you and don’t care about you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent over an hour trying to post a parcel back home and had to fill in 2 sets of forms three times, as they found mistakes in the 1st and 2nd try. In my 3rd attempt the lady at counter 5 refused to handle the 3rd try as my description of what is inside was in English (!) I was saved by the kind gentleman next to her who accepted my english. If it was not for him i will give this 1 star. Postage was also expensive compared to the UK and France. My suggestion is not to post any parcel from Italy unless you write and speak italian.
