F	Fabio De luca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi ero recato in posta a Scalea x un finanziamento di pochi spiccioli...non parlo di migliaia di euro....non si è potuto fare solo xchè sul documento non ce un indirizzo di dv risiedo attualmente...(che poi sarebbe la residenza dei miei genitori) nonostante abbia l'accredito dello stipendio...e cmq poco tempo fa avevo fatto un altro finanziamento da un altra parte senza far storie... qui entra in ballo l'incapacità del personale e nonostante tutto gli avevo dette le mie motivazioni x un caso urgente..grazie poste italiane. Toglierò tutto meglio le banche....e questo è colpa soprattutto dei politici (RACCOMANDATI SENNÒ NON SAREMMO ITALIANI)...MI DISPIACE DARE UNA BRUTTA RECENSIONE...in altro ufficio postale a SM del cedro purtroppo c'era l'incapacità nell'uso del computer...poveri noi. Non hanno saputo gestire il problema covid, costringendo i clienti ad attese infinite all'esterno della struttura (pioggia, sole etc.) Per chi non fa la prenotazione online, bastava mettere all'esterno un sistema di ticket in modo tale da non creare ulteriori disagi. Totale assenza di empatia nei confronti dei propri clienti. Bad organization. La signora che in data odierna, 24 Marzo 2022, svolgeva il servizio dello sportello 4 oppure 5 non ricordo ( signora anziana) incredibilmente maleducata, impreparata e arrogante. Non capisco come il direttore dell'ufficio, non prenda provvedimenti al riguardo. Un errore ci può stare, ma la maleducazione non può essere accettata in un ufficio postale che lavora al servizio del cittadino.
