c	claudio vignone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato un kit di Postacert Posta digitale in al costo di euro 73,20 in data 15.6.2018.A distanza di un mese non posso ancora utilizzarlo per il mancato invio del PIN e del PUK.Esperiti numerosissimi tentativi per entrarne in possesso.4 segnalazioni al Numero verde, 2 contatti in sede Pietrunto Campobasso ed 1 a Roma Viale Europa 175 , inviata lettera PEC di reclamo, comunicato il fatto al servizio clienti, 4 mail all'ufficio registrazione.Il nulla assoluto.Quel che indigna maggiormente è il totale disprezzo e l'indifferenza manifestata in tutto ciò dall'Ente Poste.Nessuna comunicazione a chiarimento. Da evitare. I purchased a kit of Postacert digital Mail in at a cost of € 73.20 on 15.6.2018. One month later I cannot use it yet because I have not sent my PIN and PUK. F	Fabio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, specialmente la direttrice che con toni arroganti presuntuosi e sguardi molto cattivi fa a scarica barile, se le viene chiesto qualcosa sbuffa per essere stata interrotta mentre dialogava comodamente in una stanzetta appartata, chi fa questo lavoro deve senpre mostrarsi con sorriso rispetto ed educazione!! Se non ha più voglia di lavorare vada in pensione!!! Non capisco come ci sia arrivata a quel livello!! Bad experience, especially the director who with arrogant presumptuous tones and very nasty looks at the barrel, if asked for something she snorts at being interrupted while conversing comfortably in a secluded room, those who do this work must always show themselves with a smile, respect and education !! If you no longer want to work, retire !!! I don't understand how she got to that level !!
F	Federica Santoro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per quanto riguarda gli uffici postale nulla da dire ma se devo dire la mia sul centro operativo smistamento pacchi è già tanto che l'ho messa una stella . E per questa sola stella ringraziate la signora che sta al centralino che è di una maleducazione inaudita. Non sono riuscita nemmeno a chiedere l'informazione di cui avevo bisogno e non solo si è messa ad urlare mi ha pure riattaccato il telefono. Fate i dovuti controlli perché c'è gente che non ha voglia di lavorare. Vergogna! G	Giancarlo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. La carta postamat mi è stata catturata, per qualche anomalia, dall'ATM, pur avendo inserito il codice giusto. Era da poco passato l'orario di chiusura degli sportelli. C'erano almeno 4 sportellisti ai quali ho fatto segno soltanto per informarli dell'anomalia, recuperare, se possibile, la carta e evitare che succedesse ad altri dopo di me. Se ne sono fregati altamente. Mi guardavano come degli zombie. Ormai siamo a un livello di disumanità e menefreghismo insostenibili e inaccettabili. Bad service.
