★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio clienti inaccettabile e per niente professionale. Il pacco è arrivato completamente distrutto e i prodotti all'interno rotti. Quando siamo andati per fare il reclamo ci è stato detto che il pacco era troppo grande ma noi abbiamo comunque pagato (anche molto caro) per un pacco di tali dimensioni e loro hanno accettato la spedizione. Mai più con loro!
Customer service unacceptable and not at all professional. The package arrived completely destroyed and the products broken inside. When we went to make the complaint we were told that the package was too big but we still paid (even very expensive) for a package of this size and they accepted the shipment. Never again with them!
