Mi hanno mandai un email dicendomi che arriverà il giorno 04/06/18. Specifico: il pacco contiene piante acquatiche, se nel tal caso si dovessero rovinare chiedere chiederò IMMEDIATAMENTE un rimborso alla filiale di Campobasso NEXIVE. Oppure, andremo con procedure penali. Io ho pagato il corriere , i costi comprendono anche la puntualità della consegna e non devono agire per conto proprio. Perché la gente paga! Hanno scritto sulla tracciabilità del pacco "appuntamento concordato col destinatario" (non li ho mai sentiti) e due volte "destinatario assente" (ero a casa). Sgradevoli anche a telefono. Sono andata personalmente a ritirare il pacco. Senza parole. Bad. Se avete un'attivita e dovete fare bella figura sulla consegna non affidatevi a questi. Oggi risulta consegnato ma io non ho ricevuto nulla. Se zara continuerà a spedire con loro non effettuerò più ordini da quel sito. Dopo aver provato a chiedere spiegazioni inventato le più disparate scuse e per di più non hanno neanche il pacco nel punto di ritiro. Lasciano il numero del personale incaricato per la consegna e devo mettermi d'accordo per trovare un punto a lui comodo per prendere il mio pacco. Mi è capitato già diverse volte, non è professionale lavorare in questo modo, ma è soprattutto ingiusto dover pagare per un servizio pessimo. Per di più scortesi.
