★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'ufficio postale di Santo Stefano di Zimella è ben fornito in termini di servizi rivolti al cliente. Purtroppo l'efficienza dello staff non è la stessa. I tempi di attesa per svolgere semplici operazioni, hanno dell'assurdo. Nulla da ridire sulla cordialità complessiva, ma la velocità non è il punto forte. Si creano code assurde per pagare semplici utenze, portando la clientela a rivolgersi a sportelli vicini o risolvere il problema, pagando le utenze al tabacchino limitrofo. Questi episodi non sono sporadici, basta analizzare la situazione e più e più volte, si notano questi episodi.
Personalmente non sono per nulla soddisfatto, per assurdo l'ufficio postale una volta era nettamente migliore sotto questo aspetto.
The Santo Stefano di Zimella post office is well stocked in terms of customer service. Unfortunately, the efficiency of the staff is not the same. The waiting times to carry out simple operations are absurd. Nothing to complain about the overall friendliness, but speed is not the strong point. Absurd queues are created to pay for simple utilities, leading customers to contact nearby branches or solve the problem by paying the utilities at the neighboring tobacconist. These episodes are not sporadic, just analyze the situation and over and over again, you notice these episodes.
Personally I am not at all satisfied, absurdly the post office was once much better in this respect.
