C	Chiara Rizzato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ennesima esperienza totalmente negativa peccato non si possa mettere UNO ZERO TONDO TONDO: inefficiente, operatori maleducati che si permettono pure di insultare l'utenza, attese di 20 minuti con il ticket online pensato per alleggerire le code e che in questo ufficio è è inutile, sportello pessimo. Da evitare con cura! Sempre arrabbiati, sprucidi e mai un sorriso. Non hanno il minimo senso di gratitudine nei confronti del posto di lavoro che occupano, cosa RARISSIMA in questi giorni. I share the negative experiences of other users. EVERYONE who is behind the counter has the kindness of a hyena. Always angry, sprucid and never a smile. Uno ora di attesa x una raccomandata, che non sono riuscita a retirare perché c'era ancora da aspettare. Posto pieno di persone... Altro che covid. Poorly run office, worst staff, listless staff. Impiegata maleducata arrogante e scontrosa nei miei confronti, avevo bisogno di solo un piccolo aiuto nel capire dove dovevo autorizzare il pagamento nel piccolissimo display( visto che sono ipovedente cardiopatico ed uso la bombolina per l ossigeno.gli ho solo chiesto dove dovevo autorizzare. Mi ha risposto che non è pagata per aiutare la GENTE e se ho bisogno mi devo far accompagnare da qualcuno e non disturbare lei. Era il mio turno e dopo aver fatto circa 90 minuti di coda con solo 6 persone davanti. Ufficio postale sconsigliato a portatori di handicap. Una vergogna I think it is the worst post office in northern Italy. Incompetent, time wasters, rude and even badly organized. Rude director and lacking in sensitivity towards disabled people. Una volta entrata ho incontrato un'impiegata disponibile che si è presa carico della spedizione, in modo puntuale e cordiale, nonostante servisse pesare ogni pacco. Mi ha anche dato delle informazioni per futuri invii su come disporre al meglio intestazione, mittente e altre diciture. È stata una gentilezza in più. I found myself passing through Casale and stopped to send folds of books. Not having made an appointment, I waited. S	Stefano Marostegan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il posto è gestito male. Dovevo consegnare un pacco, ma hanno fatto passare delle persone prima di me ed un'altra. Gli sportelli sono aperti sempre 2 su 4, se va bene 3 su 4. Tempi di attesa lunghissimi, perditempo e maleducati. Passate per altre poste se dovete andarci. The place is poorly managed. I was supposed to deliver a package, but they let people pass before me and another one. The counters are always open 2 out of 4, if all goes well 3 out of 4. Long waiting times, time wasters and rude. Go to other post offices if you have to go there.
M	Maria Gabriella Tarolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inutilmente sono ricorsa all'ufficio postale di Casale sul Sile poiché mi viene sempre recapitata posta di altri e la mia come un ultimo avviso consegnato 3 marzo ore 11.56 è stato infilato in una buca non utilizzata che per caso controlliamo ogni tanto. Comunque non è vero che il postino suona perché è scritto di avviarsi lungo il viale per suonare recapito raccomandate, eccetto uno gentile che lo fa tutti gli altri mi mettono l'avviso nella buca che come ripeto non è adatta a avvisi di raccomandate, purtroppo la mia età e la mia invalidità non mi permettono di attendere in fila in questo ufficio. Inoltre richiedono il green pass quando altri uffici gentilmente mi porgono all'entrata ciò di cui ho bisogno poiché non sono la sola che lamenta il poco comportamento civile di codesti impiegati mi chiedo come si può rivoluzionare lo stato di questo ufficio che anche se dicono che sono pagati dalla Direzione postale sono sempre soldi delle nostre tasse.
