★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno massa di incapaci, io oggi avevo un appuntamento fissato ON-LINE e quando sono arrivato davanti all'ufficio ho scoperto che era chiuso per SANIFICAZIONE, chiaramente organizzata da tempo. ! Non siete neanche riusciti a bloccare la prenotazione, causandomi un disagio personale il recarmi li.
Questo mio racconto lo spedirò ai giornali.

 Hello mass of incapable, today I had an appointment fixed ON-LINE and when I arrived in front of the office I discovered that it was closed for SANITIZATION, clearly organized for some time. ! You weren't even able to block the reservation, causing me a personal inconvenience to go there.
This story of mine I will send to the newspapers.

Disorganized service as in all post offices. For more info in January the hours are reduced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo l’ennesima dimostrazione di ignoranza, indecenza e gran maleducazione, mi trovo costretta a scrivere una pessima recensione su questo servizio postale, il peggiore mai sperimentato.
Il personale è sgarbato e incompetente, incapace di gestire sia il proprio lavoro, svolto con inaudita lentezza, sia le persone in attesa di ricevere servizio.
Prenotazioni online mai rispettate e, ogni qualvolta ci si rechi con quest’ultime, si è costretti a subire insulti da chi è ignaro di questa possibilità, ovviamente mai ammoniti da chi di dovere.
Ancora una volta ho sprecato una preziosa mezz’ora della mia vita.
Peccato non si possa dare una valutazione equivalente a zero.
Che vergogna.
After yet another demonstration of ignorance, indecency and great rudeness, I find myself forced to write a very bad review on this postal service, the worst I have ever experienced.
The staff are rude and incompetent, unable to manage both their work, done with unprecedented slowness, and the people waiting to receive service.
Online reservations never respected and, every time you go with the latter, you are forced to suffer insults from those who are unaware of this possibility, obviously never warned by those in charge.
Once again I have wasted a precious half hour of my life.
Too bad we cannot give an evaluation equivalent to zero.
What a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono tutti troppo lenti anche quando c'è poca coda. Ho letto millemila recensioni negative ma a quanto pare nessun dirigente le legge perché il problema è uguale per tutti. Le recensioni positive sono pochissime ed è stato per loro solo un caso fortuito. Purtroppo a Vignate abbiamo solo questo ufficio postale e ci dobbiamo accontentare ??♀️
They are all too slow even when there is little queue. I have read a thousand thousand negative reviews but apparently no manager reads them because the problem is the same for everyone. The positive reviews are very few and it was just a coincidence for them. Unfortunately in Vignate we only have this post office and we have to make do with it ??♀️

Non fanno altro che chiacchierare tra di loro creando le file chilometriche e rispondono in modo sgarbato a qualsiasi domanda come se ci stessero facendo un favore e non è un loro lavoro. Di gente con la voglia di lavorare se ne trova parecchia in giro, non capisco come abbiano ancora quel posto di lavoro con tutte le lamentele che ci sono.
Listless, incompetent and arrogant staff. All they do is chat with each other creating the kilometric lines and respond rudely to any question as if they are doing us a favor and it's not their job. There are a lot of people with the desire to work around, I don't understand how they still have that job with all the complaints there are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato qui per spedire pacchi con Vinted, che ha una convenzione con poste italiane. Etichetta già creata e pagata, pacco già confezionato. Le istruzioni sul sito sono: "evita la fila! in questo modo dovrai soltanto lasciare il pacco nell ufficio postale più vicino, penseremo noi a tutto."
Sono stato cacciato a male parole perché ho chiesto di lasciare i pacchi senza fare la fila. Non solo maleducati, ma anche totalmente ignari di una normale prassi del loro lavoro. Come al solito poste Italiane si conferma la realtà lavorativa più vergognosa dea penisola. Vergognatevi
I went here to send parcels with Vinted, which has an agreement with the Italian post office. Label already created and paid for, package already packaged. The instructions on the site are: "avoid the queue! This way you will only have to leave the package at the nearest post office, we will take care of everything."
I was badly chased because I asked to drop packages without queuing. Not only rude, but also totally oblivious to a normal practice of their work. As usual, poste Italiane confirms the most shameful working reality of the peninsula. Shame on you

Su 5 sportelli solo 2 aperti alle ore 12.00 di giovedì.
In coda da un quarto d'ora. Arrivata con 15 persone davanti.
Ora ne ho 11!!!!!
Anche gli appuntamenti vengono gestiti da questi 2 sportelli.
Semplicemente vergognoso!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli orari soprattutto sotto le festività possono cambiare, quindi sotto natale pasqua ecc consiglio di andare la mattina per non avere la sorpresa come me che il giorno 07/01/22 chiudevano alle 14..... ovviamente loro non modificano gli orari su google.. tornato il giorno seguente però ho trovato solo 1 persona prima di me quindi direi che è un ufficio da utilizzare per chi come me non sopporta le code
The times especially during the holidays can change, so under Christmas Easter etc. I recommend going in the morning to not get the surprise like me that on 07/01/22 they closed at 14 ..... obviously they do not change the times on google .. returned the following day but I found only 1 person before me so I would say that it is an office to use for those like me who can't stand queues
