★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un ufficio postale sempre incasinato, non ne parliamo nel periodo estivo. Anche perché hanno chiuso altri uffici postali della zona è quindi tanta gente confluisce qui. Trovare parcheggio è quindi un'impresa. Il personale è sempre stressato e poco disponibile, ma in compenso, per ordini di scuderia, cerca sempre di appiopparti qualche prodotto postale. Se quindi avete parenti anziani, è preferibile accompagnarli, sennò al ritorno ve li ritroverete con qualche Sim della posta o qualche assicurazione sulla casa, totalmente inutile
It is an ever messed post office, we do not talk during the summer. Also because they closed other area post offices it is therefore joins so many people here. Finding parking is therefore a business. The staff is always stressed and unhelpful, but in return to team orders, always try to deliver a few postal product. So if you have elderly relatives, it is preferable to accompany them, or else to return them there will end up with some sims mail or some home insurance, totally useless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In tempi di Covid tutto si amplifica, tensioni e malumori imperversano ma qualcuno si distingue.
Finalmente, con sorriso annesso da nn dare per scontato, qualcuno che risolve un problema come quello del codice ID dell' app poste italiane di cui usufruisco e con cui controllo comodamente da casa tutti i movimenti sul conto.
Si sono messi ad assistermi passo dopo passo per sbloccare l' annosa questione del codice di sicurezza per cui ho dovuto fare la spola tra sportello automatico e sportello con addetto che alla fine (santo subito!) ce l' ha fatta a sbloccare la situazione, impresa in cui altri colleghi avevano miseramente fallito per incompetenza e/o pigrizia.
File scorrevoli, persone assistite anche da un direttore che non si defila ma che anzi ha il polso dei suoi clienti accogliendoli e salutandoli con cordialità (visto con i miei occhi).
Ufficio piccolissimo, fatiscente che dev' essere rimodernato al più presto ma che serve il paese di Roccalumera con un' efficienza che non ha nulla da invidiare a filiali ammodernate di città e con metrature decisamente più comode, in cui però non si respira la medesima aria di professionalità e cortesia (vedi sede centrale di Poste Italiane sita in Corso Cavour a Messina). Complimenti!
In times of Covid everything is amplified, tension and ill-feeling are rampant but someone stands out.
Finally, with smile annexed by nn take for granted, someone who solves a problem like that of the code ID of 'app Italian post that usufruisco and whose control staying at home all movements on the account.
They started helping me step by step to unlock the 'age-old question of the security code so I had to shuttle between ATM and door with attendant that eventually (saint now!)' S got made to break the deadlock, enterprise in which other colleagues had failed miserably for lack of competence and / or laziness.
