★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un'esperienza a dir poco allucinante. Mia moglie ha comprato un capo da cerimonia che appena indossato gli si è scolorito addosso tanto da non poter continuare la serata. Due giorni dopo abbiamo riconsegnato il capo in negozio lamentando lo spiacevole inconveniente. La titolare ha esordito con la frase "non è la prima cliente che indossa un abito e dopo la cerimonia lo restituisce". Per rincuorare
la scorbutica signora abbiamo proposto di lasciare il vestito, senza alcun cambio o restituzione denaro, per verificare la fondatezza della nostra lamentela e contattare il fornitore. La proposta è stata rifiutata trovando
una ridicola giustificazione legata al covid.
Una volta spiegato che non mi sarei mosso dal negozio se non avesse trovato una soluzione, ha minacciato di chiamare i carabinieri, soluzione da me condivisa. Successivamente, viste la mia
indisponibilità ad allontanarmi dal negozio, ha chiamato al telefono qualcuno per rendersi reperibile per venire in negozio e buttarmi fuori nel caso in cui non fossi andato via.
Aggiungo che la stessa signora al momento del pagamento del capo ha insistito per pagarlo in contanti chiedendo a mia moglie di andare al bancomat della posta e prenderli. Vergognoso!
 An amazing experience to say the least. My wife bought a ceremonial garment that as soon as she put it on it faded so much that she could not continue the evening. Two days later we returned the garment to the shop complaining about the unpleasant inconvenience. The owner began with the phrase "she is not the first customer to wear a dress and after the ceremony she returns it". To cheer up
the grumpy lady we proposed to leave the dress, without any change or refund, to verify the validity of our complaint and contact the supplier. The proposal was rejected by finding
a ridiculous covid-related justification.
Once he explained that I would not have moved from the shop if he had not found a solution, he threatened to call the carabinieri, a solution that I shared. Subsequently, views mine
unwillingness to leave the shop, someone called on the phone to make himself available to come to the shop and throw me out in case I didn't leave.
I add that the same lady at the time of paying for the boss insisted on paying him in cash by asking my wife to go to the post office ATM and pick them up. Shameful!
