★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio uomo/donna pulito e fornito, sopratutto per uno stile casual ed outdoor, brand di tendenza e prezzi al di sopra della media comunque congrui con la qualità proposta. Venditori competenti, gentili e capaci. A mio parere non soddisfacente nell'assistenza post-vendita, ho comprato un giubbotto, lo stesso era contemporaneamente venduto on line, non da altri negozi bensì dal loro con un prezzo diverso, senza che vi fosse alcuna scritta che evidenziasse un prezzo promozionale via internet. Segnalato l'accaduto, potevano propormi un buono per la cifra da spendere in negozio a fronte di un reso dell'acquisto, ed avrei preso il giubbotto on line, avrebbero guadagnato il doppio,anche perchè avevo visto altri articoli che mi interessavano. Rifarmi la differenza in denaro, buono o sconto su nuova collezione, ma invece si sono limitati a dire che hanno politiche diverse in store ed on-line. Premesso che on- line arriva a casa gratuitamente per quell'importo ed ovviamente c'è il diritto di recesso dall'acquisto anche senza motivo, consiglio di provare in negozio e prima di comprare guardare sui vari siti i prezzi (come fanno a sto punto con giusta ragione molti... ) e chissà se dal loro o da qualche altro lo trovate ad un prezzo diverso. Probabilmente praticano prezzi "ad personam" secondo chi hanno davanti, ingannando le persone più ingenue.

In my opinion unsatisfactory in after-sales assistance, I bought a jacket, the same was simultaneously sold online, not from other stores but from them with a different price, without there being any writing showing a promotional price via the internet . Having reported the incident, they could offer me a voucher for the amount to be spent in the shop against a return of the purchase, and I would have taken the jacket online, they would have earned double, also because I had seen other items that interested me. Make up the difference in money, coupon or discount on new collection, but instead they limited themselves to saying that they have different policies in store and online. Provided that online arrives home for free for that amount and of course there is the right to withdraw from the purchase even without reason, I recommend trying in the shop and before buying, look at the prices on the various sites (as they do at this point with good reason many ...) and who knows if from them or from some other you find it at a different price. They probably charge "ad personam" prices according to who they are facing, deceiving the most naive people.

Very fast delivery. I had to return a pair of shoes because they didn't fit me. Apo2ena received my return they immediately refunded and with maximum availability in explaining how to proceed with the return itself.

Cercando informazioni sul venditore, nel timore di incappare in qualche fregatura, ho scoperto il sito, letto un po di pareri e considerata la tariffa ancora più conveniente ho deciso di fidarmi.
Ordine fatto nella tarda serata del 29 gennaio, il 30 è stato spedito e il 1 febbraio era a casa.
Il prodotto rispondeva esattamente alla richiesta ed è arrivato in ottime condizioni. Avendo risparmiato il 50% rispetto al listino credo che tornerò a considerare in futuro acquisti su questo sito.
I bought a Napapijri jacket on the ecommerce store, living in Rome I did not know absolutely this activity and I arrived via Amazon. Looking for information on the seller, in fear of running into some rip-off, I discovered the site, read a bit of opinions and considered the tariff even cheaper I decided to trust.
Order made in the late evening of 29 January, 30 was sent and February 1 was at home.
The product responded exactly to the request and arrived in excellent condition. Having saved 50% compared to the list I think I will consider future purchases on this site.

Prezzi gonfiati e personale piuttosto scorbutico, che sbuffa e si infastidisce all'apertura di qualche maglietta o alla domanda di qualche cliente, non fanno altro che peggiorare la situazione. È stata la mia prima volta qui dentro e credo pure che sarà l'ultima.
A large store capable of offering low to medium quality brands. Inflated prices and rather grumpy staff, who snort and get annoyed at the opening of a shirt or when asked by some customer, only make the situation worse. It was my first time in here and I also think it will be my last.
