Pessimo ufficio, il personale non ha voglia di lavorare soprattutto l'impiegato uomo(non conosco il nome del signor fannullone), non fanno altro che cercare scuse per mandare i clienti in altre filiali della posta, questa tecnica è usata anche dalla "direttrice". Dovrebbero seguire qualche corso di aggiornamento dato che non sono capaci di svolgere il loro lavoro. Per non parlare dei modi selvaggi e incivili che hanno quando parlano con i clienti. Questo è il risultato che si ha assumendo personale non qualificato. Confermo la pessima reputazione che ha a Letojanni quest'ufficio postale. Actually I'd give 0 stars. Bad office, the staff does not want to work especially the male employee (I do not know the name of Mr. Loafer), they do nothing but look for excuses to send customers to other branches of the mail, this technique is also used by the "director" . Some refresher courses should follow as they are not able to do their job. Not to mention the wild and uncivilized ways they have when they talk to customers. This is the result of hiring unqualified personnel. I confirm the bad reputation that this post office has in Letojanni.
a	andrea sturiale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una poste come tutte le altre… c’è il bancomat ATM fuori. Dentro almeno c’è sempre l’aria condizionata! I dipendenti sono abbastanza gentili e disponibili (sempre nei limiti di quello che riesce a esprimere un dipendente pubblico in quanto a gentilezza e cura del cliente) A post office like any other ... there is an ATM cash machine outside. At least inside there is always air conditioning! The employees are kind and helpful enough (always within the limits of what a civil servant can express in terms of kindness and customer care)
