seem to actually really want to help you rather than the exhausted punching-the-clock dutiful attitude of USA postal clerks. One point off for slightly disorganized, their system wouldn't let me pick up a package they already had until a day later because the status was wrong-- programmer's fault probably. This small office no ATM , main office to North has one.
