S	Simone Girotto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato presso questo ufficio per spedire un pacco di piccole dimensioni, dopo aver fatto la regolare fila riferivo ad un impiegato di sesso maschile sui 55/58 anni, di dover fare un pacconcele 3. Lui mi rispondeva che adesso c'erano nuovi prodotti e che doveva vedere. Ok. Io gli dissi ok è possibile sapere prezzi e tempi di spedizione....bhe' mezzora davanti al computer per non ricevere risposta alcuna.... lo stesso impiegato siccome dopo 5 6 minuti gli ho messo fretta proferiva diverse parolacce offensive nei miei confronti che non scrivo, facendo finta di avercela col computer.....ma perpiacere. Alla fine poiché non è riuscito a darmi una risposta perché riferiva che erano prodotti nuovi mi ha dirottato da una sua collega a fianco. Ma io dico caro/a Direttore di questo ufficio postale.... questo maleducato incapace di dipendente è mai possibile che nessuno gli da una bella sveglia....e si mette a fare il suo lavoro no ad offendere la gente per la sua incompetenza???? Avanti tutta. In fine non vi dico cosa non ha combinato con una signora che stava ritirando la pensione!! Mamma mia! Per carità mai più li dentro. S	Sadete Xhelezi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi sono stata in posta, ho aspetato 30 minuti fuori, e arrivato l'orario 13,30 hanno chiuso le porte e hanno detto mi dispiace ma dovete fare i calcoli non dovete aspetare fuori. Ma se l'operaria resta con un cliente 1 ora è colpa mia, come posso fare i calcoli io????? Inccapaci e maleducati! Era in pausa prazo, ho usata tutta la mia pausa di lavoro di aspetare lì...... Due sportelli aperti su 4, con impiegata che appena ho chiesto se era possibile una cosa del genere si è alzata e mi ha urlato: FUORI! Maleducazione, incapacità, inciviltà. Tutto sotto la "scusa" del virus. They let me wait outside for hours with the door closed, sealed. Seniors left out in the air and sun without knowing when they will be expected. Two out of four counters open, with an employee who, as soon as I asked if such a thing was possible, got up and shouted at me: OUT! Rudeness, incapacity, incivility. All under the "excuse" of the virus.
R	Roberto D'Antoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli orari sono molto scomodi per chi lavora, quando devo ritirare una raccomandata spesso devo ricorrere a permessi o fare tutto di corsa. Si formano spesso lunghe code a causa dei pochi sportelli. Alcuni dipendenti sono piuttosto scortesi. Ok il parcheggio, sempre abbondante. Nel complesso preferisco ricorrere all'ufficio postale di Rubano, leggermente più distante ma più veloce nelle operazioni e dall'ambiente più sereno. The hours are very uncomfortable for those who work, when I have to collect a registered letter I often have to resort to permits or do everything in a hurry. Long queues often form due to the few branches. Some employees are quite rude. Ok parking, always plentiful. Overall I prefer to resort to the post office in Rubano, slightly more distant but faster in operations and with a more serene environment.

Nonostante sia stata in parte privatizzata e i servizi offerti siano molteplici, dal conto corrente alle sim telefoniche (manca solo il servizio bar) servono 2 giorni per ritirare una raccomandata in giacenza!!! Scandaloso! Mi auguro che in futuro un NON servizio del genere vada ad estinguersi, in favore di una corrispondenza totalmente via web!! Maximum expression of malpractice and inefficiency by Italy. Although it has been partially privatized and the services offered are many, from the current account to the telephone sim (only the bar service is missing) it takes 2 days to collect a registered letter in stock !!! L	Lorenzo Marinoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La scarsità del servizio negli uffici postali minori è a mio parere una conseguenza indiretta del fatto che le privatizzazioni all'italiana dei servizi pubblici (poste, ferrovie ecc) sono state soprattutto un regalo dello Stato ai privati, ai quali le leggi hanno dato la possibilità di occupare gli spazi pubblici e le infrastrutture pubbliche utilizzandoli per fini di lucro (servizi finanziari e commerciali negli uffici postali e treni ad alta velocità per quanto riguarda il trasporto pubblico). In questo modo si è permesso a questi privati di fare i loro interessi lasciando agonizzare i servizi universali (corrispondenza per quanto riguarda le poste, treni regionali e spazi pubblici nelle stazioni per quanto riguarda il trasporto pubblico). Di qui il livello di questi ultimi servizi, che un tempo funzionavano. Non acquistate più nessun prodotto/servizio da questa azienda. Merita solo il fallimento The service is embarrassing, to say the least from ter world. A catastrophic structure in all its services. Do not buy any products / services from this company anymore. It just deserves failure
