★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovrebbero essere gli addetti alla consegna delle raccomandate, ma non consegnano, lasciano passare i giorni e poi si va a ritirarle all'Ufficio postale. Vergognoso (se non commettono un reato)
They should be the people in charge of delivering the registered mail, but they don't deliver, they let the days go by and then you go to collect them at the Post Office. Shameful (if they don't commit a crime)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non passano e non lasciano nemmeno l'avviso di giacenza per le raccomandate! Se sai che ti sta arrivando, bene, e la vai a ritirare allo sportello inesitati, altrimenti devi avere la sfera di cristallo per sapere se hai una raccomandata in giacenza! Una cosa vergognosa!!
They do not pass and do not even leave the notice of stock for registered mail! If you know that it is coming to you, fine, and you go to collect it at the counter, otherwise you must have the crystal ball to know if you have a registered letter in stock! A shameful thing !!
