Ho portato il pacco in questo negozio, perché è un punto di raccolta pacchi per UPS e non solo non ho ricevuto nessuna notifica da parte del negozio per avvenuta consegna ma per giunta non risponde mai nessuno al telefono. Gli ho pure scritto su Messenger, hanno letto e no hanno risposto. Sono da denuncia. Diffidate della proprietaria. Lunedì se non risponde vado a sporgere denuncia contro questo negozio. Bad experience. I brought the package to this store, because it is a parcel collection point for UPS and not only have I not received any notification from the store about delivery but also nobody ever answers the phone. Non valuto il servizio in sé poiché ho solo dovuto ritirare un pacco, il ché non ha implicato nessun impegno particolare; però la puntualità dovrebbe essere il minimo. Leggendo altre recensioni mi sembra di capire che non sia la prima volta che succede quindi, mi viene solo da consigliare che, per la massima efficienza, se non si può garantire l'apertura alle 14.30, posticipatela. The opening time is supposed to be 2.30pm but I had to wait until 3pm. I do not value the service itself as I only had to collect a package, which did not involve any particular commitment; however punctuality should be the minimum. Reading other reviews it seems to me that this is not the first time this has happened, so I just recommend that, for maximum efficiency, if you can't guarantee opening at 2.30pm, postpone it.
