Pessima esperienza, anche prenotando dall'app i tempi son biblici Over 20 people waiting and 3 operators, we do 2 as the parcel service goes at 1 number per hour. Bad experience, even when booking from the app the times are biblical

Mi chiedo perché in questo esatto periodo di contagi e ospedalizzazioni alle stelle 3 impiegati su 5 a contatto col pubblico si sentano liberi di portare la mascherina sotto il naso. Inconcepibile che all'ufficio centrale non ci sia almeno uno sportello dedicato a pagamenti o prodotti postali. In posta! Tutti gli operatori occupato da venti minuti con gli stessi clienti. Ma che procedure avete??? Ma entrate anche voi nel terzo millennio, vergognatevi! Ok. 45 minuti per una raccomandata, e avevo perfino 2 persone davanti (2! Non 20!). Personale che mentre serve i clienti guarda il cellulare. Non ti salutano, non ti guardano, bofonchiano mentre chiedi le cose. Oh, se non avete voglia di lavorare licenziatevi! Non c'è un direttore in grado di dare delle linee guida di comportamento elementari? Update 7 1 22. Personale non adatto a rivolgersi alla clientela, lenti, rispondono come cavolo gli pare. Anche per quanto riguarda i postini avrei da ridire ma la cosa diventerebbe lunga. Direttore irresponsabile. Se potevo nemmeno una stella mettevo. I have never seen a worse post office, not even in my small town that is how they are. Staff not suitable for addressing customers, slow, respond as the hell they like. Also as regards the postmen I would have to say but it would become long. Irresponsible director. If I could not even a star I would put.

Se te la cavi in un’ ora sei pure fortunato! VERGOGNA! SHAME! Se lo faccio io al lavoro da me mi licenziano. Ma possibile che non si possa fare il cambio turno scaglionato? Vergognatevi! I am in the post office from 1.20 pm .. at 1.30 pm they closed all the counters for the change of shift. It is 2.11 pm and they still haven't started calling back. D	Daniela Tronchin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su 8 sportelli presenti, ne funzionano solo 3. Attese infinite, servono almeno 50 minuti per pagare un bollettino (ovviamente non pagabile online). Non ci sono code separate per le varie commissioni da eseguire. Out of 8 counters present, only 3 work. Endless waits, it takes at least 50 minutes to pay a bill (obviously not payable online). There are no separate queues for the various errands to run.

In 45 min hanno chiamato soltanto 2 nr per i pacchi. INAMMISSIBILE!!!! Lavorano molto meglio quelli su via Roma che questi! Holy God, every time your ears stretch out waiting for your turn. 8 branches and they work a maximum of 3 and then even these with a crazy desire to work who take the break to chat with each other! ???? PAR CARITÀ. degno specchio dell'Italia.... voja de far ben saltame dosso.... gente che aspetta e loro chiacchierano beati tra loro, o escono a fumare come niente fosse ?‍♀️ tanto il posto di lavoro lo hanno......ah non hanno neanche il cartellino col nome! chissà perché?!...senza contare la mascherina abbassata.. mi rivolgessi io con un quinto di tono del genere a un cliente, sarei a casa da anni! se non fosse perché è l'unica aperta nel pomeriggio nei dintorni,ciaone...... just one word ....
