Tutti gli euro e mezzo per fare bancomat in altri istituti ce lo rimborsate ????? Ho provato a chiamare il servizio ma mi ha risposto un fischetto che non mi diceva nulla a riguardo della questione. Nel 2021 quasi 2022 ancora abbiamo questi problemi... Non accettare green pass stranieri solo per ignoranza (sono accettati ovunque) Non consegnare un pacco perche nel documento c'è il doppio nome e nel pacco viene riportato solo il primo nome (vi giuro pensavo fosse uno scherzo....invece era la triste realtà), tutto corrisponde, documenti, indirizzo ........... siamo al circo! Mille persone che aspettano e mille persone dietro ai banconi che vagano tipo Walkin Dead! Agghiacciante!!! Ignorance and incompetence are the keywords of this post office. Preso appuntamento online per aprire conto corrente, ovviamente tutto confermato tramite messaggio, arrivo all'orario prestabilito con il messaggio di conferma e nessuno sa niente anzi mi viene detto che è stato un errore, roba da fare ridere i polli, comunque una signora cerca di rimediare dicendomi prima se potevo riprendere appuntamento un altro giorno e poi ha cercato di convincermi ad aprire un libretto postale o una Postepay Evolution, quando mi ha visto spazientito ha cercato nuovamente di rimediare dicendomi che mi avrebbe aperto il conto corrente lei "al volo" È tutto così imbarazzante, comunque me ne sono andato per disperazione e non entrerò mai più nell'ufficio di prima porta, dove si trova l'incopetenza assoluta Really ashamed, disorganized and without skills. Morale della favola, per fare un'operazione semplicissima ti devi comunque sorbire più di mezz'ora di fila ?? Post office open only in the morning. At 12:30 only 3 out of 9 cash desks are open! F	Francesco Dotto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza alle 13 del 5 gennaio 2022 l'impiegata dello sportello 1 chiama in 47, ci sta 10 minuti per una lettera, certo doveva parlare delle appena passate feste, poi chiama fino al 50, numero che avevo io, per poi, con modi inurbani, dirmi che la persona, amica sua e dell'amica sua, aveva il 48 e quindi toccava a lei, piccolo problema, doveva solo fare transazioni finanziarie, pagare 3 bollette utenze domestiche, e non postali come da numero chiamato. oggi provvedo a segnalare la cosa anche al direttore dell'ufficio.
