Il direttore attuale non rispetta gli appuntamenti che fissa.
A me ha dato un appuntamento per una data e una ora specifica, io ero lì 10 minuti prima per essere puntuale e al momento che era arrivato il mio turno ha lasciato entrare al posto mio un altro cliente scaricandomi alla addetta allo sportello.

Bad post office run by staff of dubious seriousness!
The current director does not respect the appointments he sets.
He gave me an appointment for a specific date and time, I was there 10 minutes earlier to be on time and when it was my turn he let another customer come in for me and unloaded me at the counter.
