Si indica una consegna di un pacco come "rifiutata" quando invece doveva essere fatta in un punto Poste Carrefour aperto 24 su 24. Rifiuto avvenuto alle 17.40. TELEFONO DELL'UFFICIO DEL CENTI COLELLA SEMPRE STACCATO!!!! SERVIZIO VERGOGNOSO!!!!! Parcel delivery service absolutely non-existent. A parcel delivery is indicated as "refused" when instead it had to be made in a Post Carrefour point open 24/7. Refusal occurred at 5.40pm. TELEPHONE OF THE OFFICE OF CENTI COLELLA ALWAYS UNPLUGGED !!!! SHAMEFUL SERVICE !!!!!

Per la seconda volta un pacco è risultato consegnato e addirittura la ricevuta sarebbe stata firmata da me, senza che io lo abbia mai ricevuto. Per non parlare di tutte le volte in cui ho trovato l'avviso di tentata consegna senza che nessuno suonasse al campanello. Allego screen e naturalmente in casa siamo in 3 con tanto di telecamera fissa sul portone. Per chi volesse allego anche video dell'orario indicato dalla consegna. WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER SEEN. THEY PRETEND NON-DELIVERY / ABSENT RECIPIENT TO FORCE THE CUSTOMER TO COLLECT THE PARCEL DIRECTLY AT THE POST OFFICES.
