Voto non solo negativo ma zero! Perhaps the slowest post office in Italy .... the manager always on the phone and the staff (with two watching the third!) Prefers the service to account holders. Vote not only negative but zero!

Purtroppo durante gli orari di punta si creano code e confusione, i clienti si stressano, e pure le commesse e i commessi, che però riescono a mantenersi efficienti e cordiali. In the hole hours, like at lunch, they are efficient and can be done in a flash. Unfortunately, during peak times, queues and confusion are created, customers become stressed, as well as orders and salespeople, who manage to remain efficient and friendly.

Nelle ore più tranquille come a pranzo o pomeriggio tardi non c'è quasi mai fila e si fa in un attimo...inoltre sono molto veloci e abbastanza cortesi tant'è che anche quando sto a s. Stefano preferisco comunque fare qualche km e venire qui! Open every day from Mon to Fri until 7pm while on Saturdays only until lunch. In the quieter hours like at lunch or late afternoon there is hardly ever a queue and it is done in an instant ... they are also very fast and courteous enough so much so that even when I am alone. Stefano, however, I prefer to do a few km and come here!

Fornita di Ben 5 sportelli, ma con solo 2 operativi, ho dovuto attendere 20 minuti in fila per un semplice ritiro. Ma non finisce qua, perché una volta arrivato allo sportello chiedo alla dipendente di darmi delle spiegazioni sul fatto che una Raccomandata1 ( metodo di spedizione più veloce offerto da PosteItaliane ) non mi sia arrivata dopo 3 giorni di attesa, tempistiche previste da una Posta1. La risposta è stata semplicemente “ arriverà domani “, quasi come se non fosse nulla. Ora mi chiedo, dove sta la priorità prevista da una Raccomandata1 ( che ricordo ha un costo 4 volte superiore rispetto alla posta1 ) se c’è tutto questo ritardo? Davvero un’esperienza terribile, altamente sconsigliato. I put 1 star because 0 cannot be put, really the slowest and most incompetent post office in all of Italy. Equipped with 5 counters, but with only 2 operative, I had to wait 20 minutes in line for a simple collection. But it doesn't end there, because once I get to the counter I ask the employee to give me some explanations on the fact that a Registered mail1 (fastest shipping method offered by PosteItaliane) did not arrive after 3 days of waiting, a timeframe foreseen by a Posta1. The answer was simply "it will come tomorrow", almost as if it were nothing. Now I wonder, where is the priority provided by a registered letter1 (which I remember has a cost 4 times higher than the post1) if there is all this delay? Truly a terrible experience, highly not recommended.
