A	Ari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ultima volta ..oggi sono stata da questa posta, che si trova a Viterbo in via Filippo Ascenzi. Per pagare un f24 di 1174 €,ho dovuto aspettare 45 minuti finché la signora del sportello nr 3 ,dalle ore 17 alle 18 compila in computer e 3 volte ha chiamato il suo collega perché non riusciva ...il ragazzo spiegava perché sbagliava ad inserire i dati. La peggiore è umiliante successo che non mi sono lamentata per il suo ,, lavoro veloce,, di 45 minuti...alla fine non bastavano i soldi sulla card. A tutti può capitare che insufficienti oppure addirittura non ci sono più. La signora addirittura dice che non può più annullare e i miei 600€ se non porto altri 574€ ,,non si sa che saranno con quelli 600€,,. Ha detto ,,andate alla banca oppure prestate sa qualcuno,,.....e corretto questa????? Ma questa è una risposta???!!!!! Per me 600 € sono soldi....una risposta del genere da un addetto e sbagliato. siccome ho proposto se e possibilità di annullare.....ha detto di no. Alla banca hanno detto che in questi casi si poteva annullare....come anche si negozi..... Ma se non c'era più sul conto da dove prendere e portare alla posta il resto di 574 € che mancavano??? L'addetto della posta mi ha deto anche se non ho soldi sul conto di prestare da qualcuno. Vi sembra corretto !!! PEGGIORE POSTA, PRIMA ERA UNA POSTA CON DEI ADDETTI SERI E COMPETENTI.....COSI E CAPITATO A ME. MA QYESTA VOLTA L'ADDETTO 00300315 NON E STATA CORRETTA. Last time .. today I went to this post, which is located in Viterbo in via Filippo Ascenzi. To pay a f24 of € 1174, I had to wait 45 minutes until the lady at the counter nr 3, from 5 to 6 pm, fills in the computer and 3 times she called her colleague because she could not ... the boy explained why he was wrong to enter the data. The worst is humiliating success that I didn't complain about his 45 minute, quick, job ... in the end, the money on the card was not enough. It can happen to everyone that they are insufficient or even no longer there. The lady even says that she can no longer cancel and my € 600 if I don't bring another € 574 ,, it is not known that they will be with those € 600. He said ,, go to the bank or lend to someone ,, ..... and correct this ????? But this is an answer ??? !!!!! For me € 600 is money .... such an answer from an employee is wrong. since I proposed if and possibility to cancel ..... he said no. They told the bank that in these cases you could cancel .... as well as trade ..... But if there was no more on the account from where to take and bring to the post the rest of 574 € that was missing ??? The post clerk told me even though I have no money in someone's loan account. It seems correct !!! WORST MAIL, FIRST IT WAS A MAIL WITH SERIOUS AND COMPETENT OFFICERS ..... THIS HAPPENED TO ME. BUT THIS TIME THE OFFICIAL 00300315 WAS NOT CORRECT.
L	Lucia Leone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza....ho spedito un pacco da Torino per mio figlio presso questo ufficio postale, purtroppo non avevo indicato Fermo posta ma solo Presso ufficio postale (a me sembra chiaro lo stesso). Il pacco l'ufficio postale di Viterbo non lo ritira....va bene tutto, ma dato che ho speso 15 € per una spedizione express che non ritirate, me lo volete almeno rispedire a me cioè al mittente!!!!! E invece gira da Terni a Viterbo da più di 2 settimane...VERGOGNA!!!!!!!!!! Bad experience .... I sent a parcel from Turin for my son to this post office, unfortunately I had not indicated Post office but only at the post office (it seems clear to me all the same). The package the post office of Viterbo does not collect it .... everything is fine, but since I spent € 15 for an express shipment that you do not collect, you want to at least send it back to me that is to the sender !!!!! Instead he has been running from Terni to Viterbo for more than 2 weeks ... SHAME !!!!!!!!!!

Tristissima realtà, un vero peccato. Forse i fattorini hanno troppa fretta di andare a casa e non ti danno il tempo di scendere. Vergogna! Bad service. Un disastro assoluto, il peggior servizio al cliente che abbia mai visto. Pessimi By 10.13 About 50 people lined up.
