Se una qualsiasi attivita' commerciale non avesse un recapito telefonico fallirebbe in due minuti, perche' un ufficio che dovrebbe avere giornalmente rapporti con il pubblico deve essere telefonicamente irrintracciabile? La dipendente dell'ufficio di Potenza mi chiede la ricevuta di un pagamento, gli mando dopo alcuni giorni la ricevuta e nel frattempo un altro dipendente di Lagonegro manda tutto ad equitalia. Ma come vuole salvarsi il paese con questa gente. Sono riuscito a parlare finalmente con la responsabile del procedimento e di positivo e' che ho trovato persone disponibili.

But how does the country want to save itself with these people. I was able to finally talk to the person in charge of the procedure and the positive is that I found people available.
