R	Rosario Privitera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale che risponde al telefono scorbutico ed incapace. Sembra disturbato dalle domande che gli vengono fatte. In particolare un certo ferrara o ferraro, non ricordo bene il cognome è del tutto inadeguato all'incarico di addetto alla ricezione delle telefonate. Non so come certa gente venga assunta ( ah, siamo al sud). Consiglierei di fare qualche controllo al fine di evitare che il personale non si comporti adeguatamente Staff answering the phone grumpy and unable. He seems disturbed by the questions asked. M	Mario Rossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono due giorni che li rincorro perché vorrei porre ad un ufficio un paio di quesiti su una questione rilevante, sono andato in Agenzia e mi hanno detto di richiamare perché l'addetto non era in ufficio, però poi a telefono il numero interno diretto non risponde, allora provi al centralino, che quando risponde inoltra la chiamata sul numero diretto mettendoti in attesa e dopo 10/15 min. quando il centralino riprende la telefonata in qualche modo cerca di giustificare la mancata risposta del collega. Sarebbero bastati non più di 5 min. al telefono e io avrei (forse) risolto il problema e invece dovrò attendere gli orari di apertura di domani richiamare o forse andare di nuovo in ufficio e intanto il tempo passa e il nervosismo aumenta. Ma possibile che nessuno controlla l'attività degli impiegati? Un servizio erogato in questo modo è come non averlo.
