For bureaucratic issues I entered the offices and asked the receptionist for information, I found a lady who was truly prepared, diligent and very kind. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ continuo giorno dopo giorno a chiamare per tentare di ricevere delle informazioni che non trovo sul sito...irraggiungibili. Sembra che mettano giù apposta per non essere "disturbati" mentre fanno il loro nulla. Orari di apertura improbabili e zero disponibilità, servizio pessimo.
I continue to call day after day to try to receive information that I do not find on the site ... unreachable. They seem to put it down on purpose so as not to be "disturbed" while doing their nothing. Unlikely opening hours and zero availability, bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non risponde mai nessuno, sempre operatori occupati dalla mattina appena aprono fino il pomeriggio di chiusura!!!!!Una vergogna per ufficio pubblico, se potevo dare di meno come una stella lo metto zero!!!!
Nobody ever answers, always operators busy from the morning as soon as they open until the afternoon of closing !!!!! A shame for the public office, if I could give less like a star I put it zero !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. Ho richiesto una pratica per email, l'ho ricevuta SBAGLIATA! Ho chiamato decine di volte, non risponde mai nessuno. Sono 10 persone in questo ufficio e nessuno si degna di sollevare la cornetta per rispondere alle domande di un cittadino. Sono sicuro che sono sommersi di lavoro, poveretti, certo, come no. VERGOGNA! Comune gestito in maniera pessima e personale incompetente
Bad service. I requested a file by email, I received it WRONG! I've called dozens of times, nobody ever answers. There are 10 people in this office and no one deigns to pick up the phone to answer a citizen's questions. I'm sure they're overwhelmed with work, poor fellows, sure, right. SHAME! Badly managed municipality and incompetent staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo deludente! Ci si aspetta disponibilità e accoglienza, ma tutto ormai è rimandato al sito, gli utenti sembrano dare fastidio! Se si necessita di richieste o chiarimenti "aspetta e spera"! Tutto via mail e a mano libera..con risposta automatizzata! Le attese al telefono sono lunghe e spesso l'educazione e la disponibilità vengono meno. UFFICIO ANAGRAFE SERVIZIO PUBBLICO.....vai al sito e arrangiati! Dove sono gli impiegati, quegli esseri umani che dovrebbero avere relazioni col pubblico?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contavo che gli orari indicati sul sito fossero aggiornati, ma recandomi personalmente all'ufficio per controllare, ho constatato che sono errati. Orari in vigore ora: dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 8:30 alle 12:30. Prego aggiornare la vostra posizione su google. Grazie
