M	Marco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prodotti sono di ottima qualità, purtroppo non ho avuto un'esperienza positiva con la parte logistica in quanto non ho potuto scegliere il giorno della consegna (a Ferrara passano esclusivamente 2 giorni la settimana), nonostante ciò, i materassi sono stati consegnati in ritardo, il giorno sbagliato e in modo estremamente frettoloso da personale poco gentile che dimostrava solamente avere una gran fretta. Questo mi ha provocato la perdita di un giorno di lavoro. Peccato. L'esperienza di acquisto non dovrebbe terminare in negozio ma dovrebbe essere curata fino a consegna effettuata. Un ottimo voto per la parte vendita ed un voto molto basso per la parte logistica. The products are of excellent quality, unfortunately I did not have a positive experience with the logistics as I could not choose the day of delivery (only 2 days a week pass in Ferrara), despite this, the mattresses were delivered late , on the wrong day and in an extremely rushed way by unfriendly staff who only proved to be in a great hurry. This resulted in me losing a day of work. Sin. The shopping experience shouldn't end in the store but should be curated until delivery is complete. An excellent grade for the sales part and a very low grade for the logistics part.

Elena è stata molto professionale e sincera, mostrandomi le varie soluzioni disponibili e invitandomi a provarle di persona, sempre con occhio attento alle norme anti Covid con le quali tutti abbiamo a che fare in questo periodo. Ho apprezzato particolarmente il fatto che, per testare i vari materassi, vengano utilizzati dei guanciali rivestiti con una fodera monouso e venga stesa una copertura, sempre monouso, sul materasso. Elena poi è stata molto disponibile ad illustrarmi le varie differenze tecniche dei materassi; grazie a questo ho potuto apprezzare ancora di più la qualità Dorelan. Inoltre non mi sono sentito pressato all'acquisto, comportamento che ho apprezzato particolarmente da parte di Elena. Due parole sul prezzo dei prodotti: dal mio punto di vista sono commisurati alla qualità offerta, e si sa che la qualità non è gratis come è giusto che sia. Questo per dire che possono sembrare "alti" ma non appena vi spiegano lo studio che vi sta dietro vi renderete conto che è tutto motivato. Concludo ringraziando di nuovo Elena e Anna per aver reso la mia esperienza di acquisto molto positiva e interessante. Two words about the price of the products: from my point of view they are commensurate with the quality offered, and we know that quality is not free as it should be. This is to say that they may seem "high" but as soon as they explain the study behind it you will realize that it is all motivated. Di contro lato logistico negativo. Ordinato materasso a metà novembre 2021 in fretta così mi sarebbe stato consegnato prima di natale. Il primo contatto del corriere ricevuto il 4 gennaio 2022 per consegnare l’indomani. Io non potevo essere a casa l’indomani. Mi hanno chiesto di dare 3 giorni di disponibilità. E che comunque sarei stato contattato solo il giorno precedente. Purtroppo non tutti possono programmare le assenze dal lavoro il giorno prima. A tutt’oggi materasso non consegnato. E siamo al 16 gennaio. Esattamente due mesi dopo l’ordine. Mi aspettavo che un’azienda così seria appaltasse le consegne e corrieri più attenti. Persino con Ikea ho riscontrato meno problemi. Acquisto consigliato a chi è in Smart working. Inoltre rispondono solo alle critiche positive. The two stars are for the staff. Kind and prepared.
