Il giorno della consegna di buon mattino provvedo a portare il mio vecchio materasso in strada dove Hera poco dopo provvede al ritiro per lo smaltimento . Poco tempo dopo il corriere che trasporta il mio nuovo materasso mi avvisa che entro pochi minuti saranno sotto casa mia e così è stato , aprono il portellone del furgone per scaricare ma..... Il materasso non c'è ! Non l' hanno caricato. Potrebbe sembrare una barzelletta e far ridere ma è successo davvero ! Inizia quindi una serie di telefonate al rivenditore di Ferrara e al servizio clienti per informare dell' accadute, nonostante le scuse non sembrava fattibile la mia richiesta della consegna il giorno dopo (mia moglie ha dormito sul divano mentre io su un materassino gonfiabile). In serata ricevo alche la telefonata del vettore che oltre alle scuse mi consegnerà il materasso indomani. E così è stato. Il nuovo materasso è molto comodo. I purchased a double mattress, delivery scheduled for March 6th. Then began a series of phone calls to the Ferrara dealer and customer service to inform of the incident, despite the apology did not seem feasible my request for delivery the next day (my wife slept on the couch while I on an inflatable mat). In the evening I receive the call from the carrier who, in addition to the excuses, will give me the mattress next day. And so it was. The new mattress is very comfortable.

L'assistenza nella prova dei prodotti e il consiglio sono stati precisi e molto accurati, così come la descrizione delle caratteristiche e, non da ultimo, il tempo dedicato a noi dalla gentilissima Signora Jessica. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, e abbiamo inoltre approfittato di alcune promozioni proposte. Il nuovo negozio in via due Abeti è molto accogliente e moderno, una coccola per i clienti. Consigliatissimo! We purchased a mattress and a double bed and pillows.
