Mi trovo in fiera per lavoro e soltanto oggi. Credevo avrebbero fatto il possibile per riuscire a restituirmela in giornata, ed invece "non possono" fare nulla fino alla prossima settimana. Complimenti.
Bad service, at the ferrara fair the ATM (apparently due to a temporary breakdown) ate my card.
I am at the fair for work and only today. I thought they would do everything they could to get it back in the day, and instead "they can't" do anything until next week. Compliments.

Friendly and competent staff, I have always felt comfortable in this bank, a small neat and tidy environment, with the availability of small armchairs to sit on and a coffee machine while waiting to go to the cashier or to talk to other managers.
