★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per qualsiasi cosa, anche soloper ritirare un modulo o chiedere informazioni, bisogna andare e aspettare, dai 40 minuti a 1 ora, se sei fortunato. Una burocrazia giurassica, non potreste mettere ad esempio moduli on line e rispondere al telefono per dare informazioni? Meno gente verrebbe in loco, sarebbe un vantaggio per tutti e, sopratutto in questo periodo, non sarebbe opportuno evitare di assembrare tante persone?
For anything, even just to collect a form or ask for information, you have to go and wait, 40 minutes to 1 hour, if you're lucky. A Jurassic bureaucracy, could you not put online forms for example and answer the phone to give information? Fewer people would come to the site, would it be an advantage for everyone and, especially in this period, wouldn't it be appropriate to avoid gathering so many people?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abito nella provincia di Terni, ma ad 1 ora di macchina da Terni. Non c'è neanche l'ombra di un servizio agile o online. Per la pratica della patente, ho perso il conto del numero delle volte per cui mi sono dovuto recare avanti e indietro, anche solo per la prenotazione dell'esame. E sono aperti al pubblico solo 3 giorni a settimana!
I live in the province of Terni, but 1 hour by car from Terni. There is not even a shadow of an agile or online service. For the driving license, I lost count of the number of times I had to go back and forth, even just to book the exam. And they are only open to the public 3 days a week!
