Torno e vedo che si può prendere appuntamento sul portaledellautomobilista: bene, provo ma non c'è nessuna data disponibile a Rimini; provo con Ancona e Forlì ed è perfettamente funzionante. Poi altri 7 per andare a prendere il foglio rosa? Poi altri 7 per l’esame? Ridicoli!!! Si nascondo dietro ad una pandemia arrecando danni al consumatore. Risposta loro.... Appoggiatevi ad agenzie e scuole guida.... Tanto mica pagano loro..... Ma al Ministero dei Trasporti, c' è qualcuno che controlla? Rinnovo patente conseguito con la commissione a gennaio 2022 appuntamento al 24 di novembre! Chiedo come poter fare per circolare in quanto il foglio provvisorio ha una durata di 60 giorni, Risposta non può guidare fino a quando non si reca in sede a consegnare il foglio provvisorio! Dopo 10 mesi guai se dimentichi l’appuntamento altrimenti resterai altri 10 mesi senza poter guidare! Premetto che la patente la uso per scopo lavorativo! Vergognoso vergognoso vergognoso! Non ho parole per poter definire la mala organizzazione! Sono estremamente scioccato è sconvolto il tutto mi sta recando anche danni oltre lavorativi economici ma anche psicologici! Siete da denunciare!

Al telefono non risponde nessuno o trovi occupato. Inoltre la casella email risulta piena per cui non puoi nemmeno contattarli così. Ditemi voi se questo è il modo di lavorare. Telefonicamente irraggiungibile ma in questa nuova era di "telematizzazione" svolge un ottimo servizio (rispondono alle mail il giorno successivo e si appoggiano al portale dell'automobilista per fissare un appuntamento, metodo trasparente ed efficiente). L'unica "pecca" è l'attesa per il giorno dell'appuntamento ma molto probabilmente dipenderà "dall'alto". La signora dello sportello patenti molto gentile, puntuale e disponibile, difficile ad oggi trovare un ufficio pubblico con questa efficienza: bravi! 5* MERITATE! Very efficient office!
