★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibile come ci siano persone non competenti in questi uffici, dopo giorni che chiamo mi rispondo per dirmi “Devi inviare una mail” richiamo per dare qualche consiglio per migliorare i loro servizi e la ragazza al call center si permette addirittura di rispondermi male e scocciata per poi chiudermi la chiamata in faccia come se niente fosse. MALEDUCATA
Incredible how there are non-competent people in these offices, after days that I call I answer myself to say "You must send an email" I call to give some advice to improve their services and the girl at the call center even allows herself to answer me badly and annoyed for then close the call in my face as if nothing had happened. Qui ho trovato.persone che hanno subito capito il problema, e posso dire che hanno fatto in modo che si risolvesse nella maniera più semplice e veloce. Contrariamente avrebbero potuto fare i burocrati come spesso capita in questo paese.
5 stelle meritate
I had a bureaucratic problem on the license renewal caused by a third party. Here I found people who immediately understood the problem, and I can say that they made sure that it was solved in the simplest and fastest way. On the contrary they could have done the bureaucrats as often happens in this country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ effettuato un pagamento di un bollettino in data 01/01 per una revisione, oggi, dopo un mese esatto non ho ricevuto ancora alcuna conferma di prenotazione. al telefono non rispondono e mi hanno risposto solamente ad una mail un po' "cattiva" forse perchè si sono sentiti colpiti... quando ho chiesto qualche informazione in più in risposta sono nuovamente spariti nell'oblio... quindi ricapitolando.... là non puoi andare, devi prendere un appuntamento, che al telefono non puoi fissare perchè non rispondono e alle mail stessa cosa... chiudetele le motorizzazioni, facciamo prima.... VERAMENTE VERGOGNOSI!
made a payment of a bulletin on 01/01 for a review, today, after exactly one month I have not yet received any booking confirmation. on the phone they do not answer and they only replied to a slightly "bad" e-mail perhaps because they felt impressed ... when I asked for some more information in response they disappeared into oblivion again ... so in summary ... you can't go there, you have to make an appointment, which you can't fix on the phone because they don't answer and the same thing to emails ... close the engines, let's do it first .... REALLY SHAME!
