★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come la maggior parte degli uffici, impreparati all'emergenza ma molto gentili e disponibili telefonicamente e di presenza. Un po' farraginoso il sistema per prendere appuntamenti in ufficio, probabilmente sarebbe stato utile dare la possibilità di prendere appuntamenti on-line.
 Like most of the offices, unprepared emergency but very kind and helpful telephone and presence. A little cumbersome the system for making appointments in the office, it would probably have been useful to give the opportunity to make appointments online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi ho contattato il centralino più volte e l'operatore (gentilissimo) ha cercato in tutti i modi di risolvere il mio problema. Nel complesso la mia esperienza è positiva anche se l'ufficio dovrebbe essere meglio organizzato sugli appuntamenti.
Today I contacted the switchboard several times and the operator (very kind) tried in every way to solve my problem. Overall, my experience is positive although the office should be better organized for appointments.

In base all'orario previsto lo sportello doveva chiudere alle 12.30 invece per cause sconosciute, Forse per stanchezza o troppo caldo alle 11.30 decidono di chiudere al pubblico senza avvisare... Provi a chiamare e non ti risponde mai nessuno... Questo personale non lo controlla nessuno?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Provo a chiamare da circa una settimana sia di mattina che di pomeriggio senza riuscire mai a parlare con nessuno! Mi sono presentato agli orari indicati sul sito ma risulta chiusa poiché gli orari di apertura non sono aggiornati.

Andandoci personalmente x prenotare questo “appuntamento” (visto che nessuno risponde telefonicamente) ti dicono che non puoi accedere nei locali perché questo “appuntamento “ si deve prendere esclusivamente telefonando. Assurdo :-(
Endless hours calling for an "appointment" and no one to answer.
Going there personally to book this "appointment" (since no one answers by phone) they tell you that you cannot access the premises because this "appointment" must be made exclusively by phone. Absurd :-(
