★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovo inammissibile che se arrivi alle ore 19,40 non ti venga più erogato il servizio di taglio al banco gastronomia.
Con due affettatrici, come minimo, una la lasci operativa considerando come il supermercato fosse ancora pieno di gente.
Davvero un servizio pessimo in tal senso.
 I find it inadmissible that if you arrive at 19.40 you will no longer be offered the cutting service at the deli counter.
With two slicers, at least, you leave one operational considering how the supermarket was still full of people.
Really bad service in that regard.

Convenient parking, the supermarket is visible from the street. I found many offers and gluten-free too.

Ho segnalato l'accaduto e la Unes di Milano mi ha contattato porgendo le scuse ed invitandomi a recarmi presso il supermercato di fiducia per ricevere un omaggio.
Mi hanno consegnato una scatola GIFT davvero molto gradita per scusarsi dell'inconveniente.

I had a bad experience in buying a pack of fresh spinach, not dependent on the supermarket itself but does an external company. I reported the incident and Unes in Milan contacted me offering an apology and inviting me to go to the trusted supermarket to receive a gift.
They gave me a very welcome GIFT box to apologize for the inconvenience.
Excellent service and customer care.
