★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso immaginare un'insalata di riso con un riso che non sia l'Apollo dell'azienda Guerrini!!
L'aroma di questa varietá è incomparabile e poi è buono anche da solo, i suo chicchi restano integri e saporiti. Mi è capitato di assaggiare altro ma non riesco ad accontentarmi, troppo buono.
Per i risotti tradizionali scelgo invece il Sant Andrea e ogni tanto mi coccolo con un risolatte alle mandorle che con il loro Sant' Andrea viene una crema meravigliosa.
I cannot imagine a rice salad with rice that is not the Apollo of the Guerrini company !!
The aroma of this variety is incomparable and it is also good on its own, its grains remain intact and tasty. I happened to taste something else but I can't settle for it, too good.
For traditional risottos I choose Sant Andrea instead and every now and then I pamper myself with an almond solution that with their Sant 'Andrea makes a wonderful cream.
