N	Nicoletta Faedda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cena con amici Trattoria di altri tempi a Roppolo , vicina al lago di Viverone , non mi delude mai … ci vado da quando ero ragazzina , cibo eccellente del territorio , fritto misto da fare il bis e tanto altro , e vini di qualità , servizio eccellente , cortesia , professionalità !!! Il costo non eccessivo ma giusto , prodotti di alta qualità .. Dinner with friends Trattoria of yesteryear in Roppolo, near Lake Viverone, never disappoints me ... I've been going there since I was a young girl, excellent local food, mixed fried food to do an encore and much more, and quality wines, excellent service, courtesy, professionalism !!! The cost is not excessive but fair, high quality products ..

Non mi è piaciuto l'importo del vino comunicato solo al momento del conto, in quanto non esisteva una carta dei vini, anche i tempi di attesa un po lunghi e non tutto organizato secondo il conto. In my opinion the price is excessive, so the evaluation takes into account the amount. I did not like the amount of wine communicated only at the time of the bill, as there was no wine list, also the waiting times a bit long and not everything organized according to the bill.

Peccato che manchi il polmone in umido (quantomeno nella versione da asporto)... ma ormai si trova davvero in poche occasioni (se vi piace non mancate al Carnevale di Roppolo, COVID permettendo) Excellent mixed fried takeaway, for me a must to celebrate as per tradition. Too bad the stewed lung is missing (at least in the takeaway version) ... but now it is found in very few occasions (if you like it, don't miss the Roppolo Carnival, COVID permitting)
D	Dayana Giubileo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo avuto occasione di cenare in questo luogo . Il personale al momento dell'arrivo è gentile e simpatico. Il cibo è ottimo. Ampia scelta di vini . Noi abbiamo gustato fra l'altro un fritto misto piemontese di gran livello. Frittura delicata al palato,non è risultato pesante . Bene anche per gli antipasti misti,figurativi e molto stuzzicanti. We had the opportunity to have dinner in this place. The staff upon arrival are polite and nice. The food is great. Wide choice of wines. Among other things, we tasted a Piedmontese mixed fry of great quality. Delicate frying on the palate, it was not heavy. Also good for mixed, figurative and very appetizing starters.

Ingredienti ottimi (verdure dall'orto e carne da allevamento top... la battuta di fassona è commovente), preparazione curata e competente, porzioni enormi... Affrontare il fritto piemontese con cautela! Proprietario appassionato del suo territorio e provvido di informazioni e suggerimenti, una gradevole chiacchierata a fine cena. Ci torniamo domani! Not to be missed. Excellent ingredients (vegetables from the garden and top farmed meat ... the battuta di fassona is moving), careful and competent preparation, huge portions ... Tackle the Piedmontese fried with caution! Passionate owner of his territory and provided with information and suggestions, a pleasant chat at the end of dinner. We go back tomorrow!

A	Alright Okay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you happen to be a pilgrim searching for a dinner in Roppolo, make sure you have it here. Nice food, cozy restaurant and cheap prices (make sure you get the pilgrim menu)
C	Culinary Slut on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a restaurant, but it also has rooms upstairs for overnight stays. The restaurant: The food at the restaurant is marvellous and the locally produced wine were just delicious. The owner takes great pride in his wine selection. Our first course was risotto cooked with Herbes de Provence. Next we had wild rabbit cooked in red wine sauce with polenta and possibly the most delicious Swiss chard we’ve ever had. For dessert we opted for a dark chocolate “pudding”, which was lovely dark chocolate just barely sweetened. Every bite of the meal was very much enjoyed! Rooms are basic, but comfortable. We had a good nights sleep in the bed. The shower is luxurious! Things to be aware of - you can hear conversations and activity happening in other parts of the dwelling quite clearly, fortunately we were tired and everyone got quiet during the night, so we slept well. Hot water does run out, so shower early (afternoon or early morning). We weren’t given keys for our room, so it stayed unlocked, which was unusual but worked out fine. Breakfast was simple with toast, deli meat and cheese. They had cereal as an option. There were freshly baked croissants and a delicious pear and chocolate cake. Overall the experience was quite nice, but it is worth noting that the gentlemen running the establishment has a grumpy temperament, and seemed annoyed at our lack of Italian language skills.
