Visto le venti persone in attesa dalle 9.20, mia moglie aspetta per 45 minuti in attesa davanti alla porta per avere il certificato delle vaccinazioni richiesto dalla scuola e visto che la colonna non si accorciava, decide di tornare più tardi. Alle 11.50 vi erano 2 sole persone che aspettavano. Quando una di esse chiede quanto tempo doveva aspettare per la certificazione via mail fatta la settimana scorsa, allora un'addetta in 3 minuti ha liquidato le tre persone consegnando il certificato. Erano le 12.55. La domanda viene spontanea: perché per un certificato da stampare in un minuto, mia moglie e le altre due persone che aspettavano da più tempo, hanno atteso per un'ora? Una in particolare è riuscita a fare una puntura alla coscia della bambina in modo cosi veloce che né io né la madre della bambina ci siamo accorti che avesse finito...siamo rimasti meravigliati! Molta meno gente, molto meno da aspettare (a volte superavo le 2h). L'unica pecca è che determinati esami approfonditi qui non ne fanno, perciò mi tocca tornare in via dei colli e fare lunghe e interminabili code. For those like me who have moved to this town from the city center, I have to say that doing blood tests here is much faster than where I was before. Much less people, much less to wait (sometimes I exceeded 2h). The only flaw is that certain in-depth examinations do not do so here, so I have to go back to the hills and go for long and endless queues.

Comunque sia consigliato!! Sono da migliorare tutti cartelli e i fogli scritti a mano che sono affissi fuori (col sole si sono sbiaditi e si fa fatica leggerli). Il personale che accoglie gli utenti è discreto e attento a far rispettare tutte le norme di sicurezza-covid (distanze,uso mascherine, misurazione temperatura e controllo accesso su prenotazione). Well organized in services and fairly punctual. All signs and handwritten sheets that are posted outside are to be improved (with the sun they have faded and it is difficult to read them). The staff that welcomes users is discreet and careful to enforce all the safety-covid rules (distances, use of masks, temperature measurement and access control on booking).

Mi ricevono alle 13.10 e poi mi fanno aspettare un'ora perché tutto i dottori di tutti gli ambulatori dovevano andare a fare una festa prima delle vacanze pasquali. La dottoressa oculista aveva un tono irritato perché era l'ultima dell'ultimo giorno prima delle vacanze ed era impaziente di finire prima. Comportamento poco professionale. I dipendenti delle ulss si sono lamentati durante tutto il periodo covid perchè sono una categoria invisibile. Hanno starnazzato e continuano a non fare niente e a essere pagati. Io ci tengo al sistema nazionale di sanità ma con questi scansafatiche non mi meraviglia l'aumento dell'afflusso alle strutture private. Questi dottori bisogna farli pagare come i corrieri di JustEat, cioè in base al numero delle prestazioni e ai risultati e non in base al tempo in cui scaldano le sedie.... Bad service.
