★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata oggi, 6 gennaio. Sebbene il negozio fosse pieno di gente, le signorine sono state sempre sorridenti e gentili. La manager Suky mi ha aiutato, facendomi trovare un capo di cui loro erano sprovviste, in un' altra sede. Il tutto con molta gentilezza e simpatia. Dieci e lode. Tornero' sicuramente.
 I was today, January 6th. Although the shop was full of people, the young ladies were always smiling and kind. Manager Suky helped me, making me find a garment they didn't have, in another location. All with great kindness and sympathy. Full marks. I'll definitely be back.

Ci trovavamo a Firenze per un concorso di danza della bambina che in breve tempo ha trovato l' abito per un evento speciale come quello della sua prima Comunione ! Il clima del negozio è davvero accogliente ,l' empatia tra le venditrici rende l' acquisto ancora più gradito ed un giorno mia figlia potrà dire " il vestito della prima Comunione lo abbiamo preso a Firenze, ti ricordi che gentili le commesse?" Grazie ancora Daniela Aurora e Massimiliano da Roma alla direttrice Suky ed alle ragazze che alle 19.30 di un sabato sera ci hanno accolto col sorriso!
Courtesy, kindness and friendliness of the top sellers! We were in Florence for a dance competition for the girl who soon found the dress for a special event like her first Communion! The atmosphere of the store is really welcoming, the empathy among the sellers makes the purchase even more welcome and one day my daughter will be able to say "the dress of the first Communion we got in Florence, do you remember how nice the shop assistants?" Thanks again Daniela Aurora and Massimiliano from Rome to the director Suky and to the girls who welcomed us with a smile at 7.30pm on a Saturday evening!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistò da Twinset per anni, ho provato 3 volte essere clienti in questo negozio, però è impossibile. Prima volta mi hanno lasciato aspettando e nulla, seconda volta ho chiesto per una giacca la commessa risponde, si c’è la M, dopo non si muove per cercare. In soma pessime persone per un negozio così carino.
I bought from Twinset for years, I tried 3 times to be customers in this shop, but it's impossible. First time they left me waiting and nothing, second time I asked for a jacket the clerk answers, yes there is the M, after it does not move to look. In soma bad people for such a nice store.
