Nel negozio, altri due clienti gironzolavano spaesati. Finalmente, dopo ben cinque minuti, la signora al telefono "Scusami ma ti devo proprio lasciare perché ho dei clienti" e, rivolta verso il negozio senza salutare : "chi era prima ?". Abbiamo deciso di andarcene, ed a quel punto la signora : "avete fretta ?". Ho risposto :"le telefonerò". È solamente la mia opinione, ma l'attenzione per il Cliente e la qualità del servizio sono tutt'altra cosa, al di là della qualità dei prodotti venduti. Abbiamo concordato un appuntamento ed è venuto a trovarmi su di un bel motore. Concordato velocemente modalità e prezzo con intervento poco dopo l'arrivo del l'inserto per il camino; lavoro eseguito con celerità ma anche con precisione fino alla grande soddisfazione finale nel vedere la fiamma forte ed alta nel braciere ed ora mi siedo la sera davanti al camino a crogiolarmi con gusto. Quindi, consiglio Tuttocasa senza alcun dubbio I contacted Tutto casa for my fireplace that was smoking and the very kind Viviana put me in contact with the owner, Gianluigi, who immediately gave me the idea of competence in the sector. Contattato il signor Favetta un paio di volte telefonicamente per alcune problematiche relative a settaggi….che dire: disponibilità e risoluzione dei problemi via telefono. Oggi installato sistema accensione stufa da remoto Wifi. STREPITOSO!!! Con una applicazione semplice, intuitiva e IMMEDIATA! Consiglio TUTTOCASAEDOLO per la serietà , professionalità, gentilezza e qualità/prezzo . Grazie ?
