Invece che venire in vacanza è peggio che andare a lavorare. Ho fatto presente il problema tantissime volte,sono intervenuti altrettanto e non sono ancora riusciti a risolvere il problema. Queste ultime notti ho pensato molto a loro e dopo la telefonata mi è sembrato gliene andassero a loro. Faccio presente di avergli pagato anche gli interventi. Mi spiace ma non si fa così. Assoluto menefreghismo avevo ordinato un motoriduttore dopo 2 giorni chiamo per sapere la consegna mi dicono deve partire lunedì chiamo martedì Sì li abbiamo in carico deve partire stasera chiamo giovedì mi risponde una persona che spero non sia il titolare con tonalità di voce alterata e strafottente se lo vuoi il ricambio è in partenza lunedì prossima settimana se non ti va bene annulla l'ordine. Mi dice blocco la consegna tel subito a gls e le faccio il riaccredito.....alle 10 arrivato i. Pacco mi sono informato da gls(fortunatamente prima di acquistare altrove)e loro non hanno ricevuto nessuna disdettadal mittente.....deludente sotto ogni aspetto.....soprattutto a livello umano!!!!! La vostra risposta ne è la riprova ...ma inutile parlare....penso che i vostri feedback parlino chiaro!
