Abbiamo comprato tutto un arredamento completo moderno, ottima qualità e prezzo decisamente più basso di quello che pensavamo. Hanno una vastissima scelta di materiali e colori.. Bravi e simpatici

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi associo ad alcune recensioni precedenti...peccato che non si possa inserire ZERO STELLE! Zero assistenza post-vendita! Rottura di diverse chiusure rallentate di tre ante armadio dopo solo un mese(ovviamente non sostituite perché solo scuse e rimbalzo di responsabilità ). Dopo due anni aspetto ancora due mensole su misura...! Bravi a sfruttare il nome “SUMISURA” ma come tanti altri si credono dei professionisti del mestiere! Peccato!
Nella speranza che non cadiate nella pubblicità civetta massiva che hanno intrapreso ... e che il titolare ritorni sulla retta via...
cercate altrove!!!
I agree with some previous reviews ... too bad you can't enter ZERO STARS! Zero after-sales assistance! Breakage of several slowed closures of three wardrobe doors after only one month (obviously not replaced because only excuses and rebound of responsibility). After two years I am still waiting for two custom-made shelves ...! Good at exploiting the name "SUMISURA" but like many others they believe themselves to be professionals in the trade! Sin!
In the hope that you do not fall into the massive flirtatious advertising they have undertaken ... and that the owner returns to the right path ...
look elsewhere !!!

Showroom piccolo ed inutile (1 cucina, 1 cameretta, 1 soggiorno, 1 camera...gli stessi da più di un anno), vendita al dettaglio improvvisata e gestita malissimo, contratti poco chiari e sul filo del fraudolento. Ordini gestiti senza mezzi informatici (ad anche questo mi fa pensare male), che vengono maneggiati da personale che spesso è latitante sotto richiesta esplicita del cliente. Mi associo a chi denuncia una totale mancanza di assistenza post vendita.
Leggendo altri commenti negativi (non mi hanno sorpreso per nulla) pare che questo "mobilificio" fosse a Tetti Francesi, poi spostatosi a Osasco ed adesso a San Secondo di Pinerolo. Anche questo mi fa davvero pensare male...
Concludo, rivolgendomi a chi legge questa recensione per farsi una idea più chiara, che le recensioni positive che alzano le stelline sono soltanto auto-recensioni dei soci stessi (dai nomi non ci vuole molto a capirlo) che si fingono clienti soddisfatti (che tristezza).
Quindi, state alla larga.

Small and useless showroom (1 kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 bedroom ... the same for more than a year), impromptu and badly managed retail, unclear contracts and on the edge of fraudulent. Orders managed without IT means (this also makes me think badly), which are handled by staff who are often on the run under the explicit request of the customer. I join those who report a total lack of after-sales assistance.
Reading other negative comments (they didn't surprise me at all) it seems that this "furniture factory" was in Tetti Francesi, then moved to Osasco and now to San Secondo di Pinerolo. This also really makes me think badly ...
I conclude, turning to those who read this review to get a clearer idea, that the positive reviews that raise the stars are only self-reviews of the members themselves (from the names it does not take long to understand it) who pretend to be satisfied customers (how sad) .
So, stay away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consiglio a tutti questo negozio di arredamento perché il personale è molto disponibile e gentile, sono venuti a casa a prendere le misure della cucina e senza impegno mi hanno preparato un bellissimo disegno in 3D. Poi il preventivo è risultato il migliore di quelli che avevamo e abbiamo deciso di comprare da loro. Puntualissimi nella consegna e i montatori hanno fatto un lavoro impeccabile!!!! Bravi.. ci vedremo presto x cambiare anche il soggiorno
I recommend this furniture shop to everyone because the staff is very helpful and kind, they came home to take the measurements of the kitchen and without obligation they prepared me a beautiful 3D drawing. Then the quote was the best we had and we decided to buy from them. Very punctual in delivery and the editors did an impeccable job !!!! Well done .. we'll see you soon x change your stay too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una cameretta per mia figlia a soppalco, prezzo accettabile e buoni materiali, purtroppo però la gestione del cliente e organizzazione della consegna a livelli di asilo nido. Tutti i pezzi della cameretta erano sbagliati alla consegna, ho atteso quasi due mesi e non sono riusciti a concludere nulla. Alla fine devo ringraziare l'impresa che le monta esterna al mobilificio in questione che con pazienza è riuscita ad adattare e modificare i pezzi per avere una cameretta decente... Dal mobilificio nessun risarcimento e nessuna scusa. Vergognatevi! Sconsiglio vivamente di rivolgersi a questi personaggi, per non chiamarli ladri!!!!!!!!!
I purchased a bedroom for my daughter in the mezzanine, acceptable price and good materials, unfortunately, however, customer management and organization of delivery at kindergarten levels. All the pieces in the bedroom were wrong on delivery, I waited almost two months and they were unable to conclude anything. In the end I have to thank the company that mounts them outside the furniture factory in question that has patiently managed to adapt and modify the pieces to have a decent bedroom ... From the furniture factory no compensation and no apology. Shame on you! I strongly advise against turning to these characters, so as not to call them thieves !!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deluso, ero andato per fare un preventivo dopo aver visto unica cameretta esposta, ho scelto da catalogo letti e mobile, disegno zero al pc.. Prezzi scritti zero.. Conto finale alto, per poi dire che faceva mega sconto se decidevamo subito di acquistare. Tattica fuori luogo, messo fretta, unico obbiettivo era chiudere e passare ad altro cliente. Non lo consiglio, poi prezzi uguali ad altri mobilifici piu conosciuti.
Disappointed, I went to make a quote after seeing the only room on display, I chose from the catalog beds and furniture, zero drawing on the pc .. Zero written prices .. High final bill, to then say that it was mega discount if we immediately decided to buy . Tactics out of place, rushed, the only goal was to close and move on to another customer. I do not recommend it, then prices equal to other more well-known furniture factories.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su consiglio di un'amica abbiamo acquistato 1 cucina angolare su misura e 1 cameretta x nostra figlia e devo dire che siamo rimasti sorpresi dal prezzo ( 2.500€ in meno sul totale rispetto ad altri 3 preventivi che avevamo) ma quando la merce é arrivata a casa era ancora più bella di come immaginavamo. Dal rilievo misure a domicilio alla progettazione fino al montaggio, tutto perfetto!!!! Complimenti a tutti
On the advice of a friend we bought 1 custom-made corner kitchen and 1 bedroom for our daughter and I must say that we were surprised by the price (€ 2,500 less than the total compared to 3 other estimates we had) but when the goods arrived at house was even more beautiful than we imagined. From relief measurements at home to design and assembly, everything is perfect !!!! Congratulations to all
