La segretaria che fissa gli appuntamenti non eccelle di sicuro per gentilezza e simpatia. Ho pagato 120€ per 40 minuti scarsi di lavoro, pulizia stagionale della stufa e dei tubi. I 3.5 metri di tubi li hanno puliti sul balcone, con 500 mq di cortile a loro disposizione. Forse non volevano camminare troppo per scendere in cortile. Così hanno sporcato il balcone. Poi nel rimontare i tubi, li hanno rimessi storti e li hanno pure bollati, stringendo più del dovuto le staffe di sostegno. Infine, cosa ridicola, vedo nelle recensioni che si mettono da soli 5 stelle per sembrare più bravi di quello che realmente sono. Ma per favore ..... Two stars because the work was done anyway. Anche di fronte ad un problema riscontrato dopo l’intervento, il loro supporto è stato eccellente, problema risolto nella mattinata seguente. Sono già intervenuti più volte intortando i miei inquilini con balle deliranti per non risolvere il problema. Vengono solo avvisando all'ultimo e non é possibile prendere appuntamento.
