★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do 1 stella perché meno non posso. Ho comprato sabato una MBT e l'ho provata domenica. La ruota davanti oscilla in una maniera incredibile. Porto la ruota al negozio e vengo accolta in una maniera arrogante e maleducata. Mi viene detto che è normale, purtroppo non posso allegare un video ma MBT ne ho usate ancora e vi assicuro che quell'oscillazione non è normale. Men che meno per una bici nuova. Non ho speso 10.000€, ne ho spesi 500 ma credevo comunque di meritarmi un minimo di assistenza e un minimo di educazione. Mai più
I give 1 star because I can't less. I bought an MBT on Saturday and tested it on Sunday. The front wheel swings amazingly. I take the wheel to the shop and am greeted in an arrogant and rude manner. I am told that it is normal, unfortunately I cannot attach a video but I have used MBT again and I assure you that that oscillation is not normal. Least of all for a new bike. I didn't spend € 10,000, I spent € 500 but I still believed I deserved a minimum of assistance and a minimum of education. Never again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato due ruote di mattina per un cambio gomme e latticizzarle, me l'hanno fatte per la sera senza problemi. Mi sono venuti molto incontro e sono molto soddisfatto del loro lavoro.. il bike park di oggi l'hanno retto!! Consigliato!
I brought two wheels in the morning for a tire change and milk them, they made it for me in the evening without any problems. They came to meet me a lot and I am very satisfied with their work .. they have held up today's bike park !! Recommended!

Mi dispiace che il commesso si sia dimenticato di annotarsi lavori molto importanti. Avendo chiesto la sostituzione del copertone (oltretutto lavoro notato anche dal loro operatore) ma non effettuato e la richiesta di rendere le ruote tubless. Il resto del lavoro è perfetto!!!
Very prepared salesmen but a little distracted to my request. The maintenance work done is precise. I'm sorry the clerk forgot to write down very important jobs. Having asked for the replacement of the tire (plus work also noticed by their operator) but not carried out and the request to make the wheels tubless. The rest of the work is perfect !!!
