★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il servizio è veramente scarso, la gentilezza non sempre è di casa ed è un miracolo se qualcuno risponde al telefono. Troppi disguidi con le ricette e troppo macchinoso il sistema dei numeri per i medici. Se si ha un medico con tanti pazienti si deve andare a prendere il numero appena attivano il totem per poi tornarci più tardi, meccanismo adatto solo a chi non lavora.
the service is really poor, kindness is not always at home and it is a miracle if someone answers the phone. Too many misunderstandings with the recipes and too cumbersome the number system for doctors. If you have a doctor with many patients, you must go and get the number as soon as they activate the totem and then come back later, a mechanism suitable only for those who do not work.

We’re visiting Cortona for a few days and only I speak a little Italian, however a lovely staff member Claudia was SO incredibly helpful. She got us into a doctor really quickly and also stayed to help translate for us. We were able to get a prescription quickly and off to the Farmacia Bianchi (who recommended us to Casa Della Salute). Thank you for your patience, kindness and help.
