We met with them three days on a row this past June and they showed us several properties. Which Real Estate agency would do that not knowing if we are moving for sure? Well, they did and we are looking forward to working with them! Excellent customer service!!!

β β β β β My husband and I recently rented an apartment in Florence through Tuscan Feeling. It was the first time that we had signed a year-long lease in Italy, and it was a daunting process. The Tuscan Feeling team went out of their way to help us and answer all of our questions about renting in a foreign country, especially considering we can't speak the language. They all speak English very well which made things much easier for us. Our internet didn't work when it was first installed and they were very quick to make sure they got it fixed right away. Their communication is excellent - they were always available to speak with us. Their processes were very professional. We highly recommend Tuscan Feeling.

I live in Canada and it can be quite challenging taking care of an overseas property. Nevertheless, thanks to superb service of this agency team, it has been a quiet a positive experience!
Each and every team member has always been responsive in keeping me up-to-date reagrding the rental situation and overall upkeep of the place. They are knowledgeable, curteous and at the same time reliable and friendly. Based on my 7-year long experience with Tuscan Feeling I would highly recommend services of this professional team.

We will never forget how helpful they were with things other than accommodation (eg visas, buying a car, etc) Their language skills are excellent.
